There will be Three (3) 30 Minute Walk-In Welcome Beginner Yoga Sessions with Rebekah Alexander. These are offered at no charge to participants as an introduction to Yoga. Limited to 5 people per session. 

 Sessions start at 10am, 1pm and 3pm

• 11 am: Learn w/ Lilly: What is LED & Does it Work? There will be a LED light Demo avaliable as well.
