The New Year has started off with a bang here at Oasis!  We have updated our facial prices and we are working out the kinks in our new software system. We thank you for all of the support and patience during this transition. LAWD, for the first week or so we were riding the struggle bus for real! So thank you very much for allowing us to take our time while we work our way through the new processes.

If you have yet to visit us this year, please expect the following requests before your appointment:

1. We will prompt you to update your health history if needed.
2. We will ask you to add your debit or credit card into our new system. Unfortunately, this private information could not be transferred from our old system.

​Achieve your 2020 Goals! 

As you are being kind and patient with us, please remember to afford the same courtesy to yourself, especially this time of the year. Typically, we set goals or “new years resolutions” for ourselves and we take on too much! In an effort to help you stay balanced in the new year, we have a couple of scientifically proven tips to help keep your resolutions on track:

• Write it down daily. Increase the likelihood of achieving your goal by writing it down 15 times at the beginning of each day. Scientists found that doing so increases the achievement potential by 78%!
• Schedule it. We know that anything worth doing requires scheduling time into our busy day. Research shows that when you have an appointment to keep with another person, your likelihood of following through increases by 98%!
• Tell a friend. Accountability is key! Don't just tell a friend about your goals; schedule a daily check-in to allow your friend to cheer you on and champion you through your transition. This person should be a friend that you trust, even when you are at your most vulnerable state. Having a trusting and attentive Accountability Partner can help improve your chances of success by 67%!
• Give yourself the grace to know you will not be perfect. This is a tip from me, Lilly Cook. Go into this year with the goal to be better today than you were before. Know that achieving this is more than enough. We wish you a Happy New Year and a happy trail, my beautiful friend.
