At Oasis, 30 hours is our Fulltime. This position is 25-30 hours per week, the starting pay is Negotiable with and the candidate is elidable for a pay increase after 90 days with a positive review. This position also offers the ability to earn 15% commissions on services specific and tips.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
• Demonstration of outstanding customer service at all times, handling a high volume of phone calls, online, and in-person inquiries
• Efficiently managing the booking of services and procedures
• Greeting all customers in a warm, generous, and inviting manner
• Escorting patients to and from treatment rooms and waiting areas
• Making reminder appointment calls to clients and responding to email and text inquiries
• Use of internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to maintain meticulous records of client services
• Process payments for all services, and balancing the till at the start and end of each shift
• Upselling and cross selling of products and services, sharing internal promotions with clients
• Handling all incoming stock, including inventory and creating product displays
• Physical demands include bending, lifting up to 30lbs, sitting and standing
Hours of Availability are as follows:
Tuesday - Friday 1pm -7:00pm (3O minute break)
Saturday 8:30am - 4:30pm (only if practitioners are working)
Sunday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Only if practitioners are working
(MUST Take at least at 45 minute break)
