Cancellation Policy Updates: While we will continue to allow one free same-day cancellation, no-show cancellation, or 15-minute late cancellation within a 12-month period, we are changing the time period to avoid being charged the 50% fee after the initial "Freebie" to 48 hours rather than the previous 24 hours. The additional time will allow us to try to fill the newly open appointment spot, which will help our staff stay booked and busy and earn their living. This accounts for all services booked for a single session. If you book a facial and massage and cancel your facial, you must let us know 48 hours before the appointment to avoid the cancellation fee and allow us to try to fill the spot. Don't worry; we will still email you 7 days prior to your appointment, text you 3 days before, and text you again 2 days before to give you ample time to let us know of your change in plans. All New Client Appointments for all services will require a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit. Upon booking your appointment, your reservation is NOT secured unit the 20% deposit fee is fulfilled. Of course, when the service is completed, the deposit will be applied toward the final payment. However, if the service is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. If the service is canceled in violation of our 48-hour cancellation policy, the remaining balance of the service after the deposit will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All Online Bookings will also have a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit fee at the time of booking, regardless of whether the client is a new or current client. We have found that online booking results in more cancellations, and this policy will ensure we have some financial recourse regarding the high frequency of offering this convenience. |
