In order to ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience at Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc., we've answered some of the questions guests of our skin therapy center may frequently ask. Reviewing these suggestions will help you prepare for your upcoming visit.
How and when should I make my Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc. appointments?
Reservations for Oasis may be made by calling or texting us at 618-207-4404 or booking online. We encourage you to schedule your services well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Appointments must be held with a credit card.
When Booking Online, how do I know which Facial best for me?
If you are a 1st time facial client or have not had a facial in the last 12 months, reserve the New Client Facial & Consultation. It is perfect for Spa Beginners. With your help, your Skin Care Therapist may determine another treatment may be more suited for your needs.
How can I pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, cash, personal checks and Oasis Skin Care Clinic gift certificates.

Where is Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc. and where should I park?
Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc is located at 707 Walnut St. in Murphysboro, IL 62966. You may park in our parking lot.
What is Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc. cancellation policy?
We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. For first time offenders there is no charge, we understand things happen. Upon the second occurrence, the greater of $25 or up to 50% of the cost of the service(s) will be charged for any no-show appointment. . Please see a full description of our cancellation policy.
How early should I arrive?
No need to arrive early, simply come at your scheduled time. We know your time is precious. all of our facials are booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes , this will allow time to find parking, check in, and complete any forms and enjoy a beverage. Although the facial services are primarily 1 hour hands on, the added time allows your Esthetician the opportunity to evaluate your skin for any additional needs that may need to be addressed right away.
What if I'm late?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced. It will be up to the skin therapist to determine if the service can still be provided in the remaining amount of time, if so the full treatment price will apply if not, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25.00 and must reschedule your service. Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to services with them. However, we do offer a teen service for those ages 11-17 and child guests are welcome when they are engaging in a service.
What should I wear?
We want you to be as comfortable as possible and you must disrobe to the level of your comfort in order to enjoy your service. A wrap will be provided for you and additionally you will be completely covered with towels or sheets at all times, except for the area being worked on. For facial treatments this is usually the face, arms & shoulders and décolleté (upper chest). For waxing, our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.
Should I have any concerns about pregnancy or other health matters?
Please let your esthetician know of any medical conditions or medications you’re taking. They are highly trained to guide you in deciding which treatments are right for you.
What are my responsibilities as a guest?
Please advise our staff of any special requests, sensitivities or allergies, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medications. We will use this information to keep you comfortable and safe throughout your experience. Please notify us of any discomfort or preferences regarding room temperature, music volume or massage pressure during your clinic experience.
What if I have special medical conditions?
We recommend that you check with your physician before visiting Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc. Please notify us of any special needs or concerns when you book your services. Your therapist will also briefly review your health history with you before beginning your service. If (s)he believes that the service you are scheduled for is unsafe based on any information given, (s)he may recommend canceling the service, booking another service or modifying the service to make it safe for you. As we are most concerned about your safety and comfort, Oasis Skin Care Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.
