24-hour Notice – Out of courtesy to our team and our clients, please allow at least a 24-hour notice of your cancellation or rescheduling needs.
Late/No Shows – Arriving to your appointment 15 minutes late is considered a “no show,” and a cancellation fee will be applied.
Payment Method on File Required – All guests must have a current card on file. All cards are added via a secure electronic process. If we do not receive notice of cancellations/rescheduling, then the following fees will be applied.

Failure to show up for your appointment or Arriving 15 minutes or more late for your service will result in the greater of $25 or up to 50% of your scheduled services?
