CANCELLATION POLICY
48-hour Notice
Out of courtesy to our team and our clients, please allow at least a 48-hour notice of your cancellation or rescheduling needs.
To avoid cancellation fees, please contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment, even if it is outside of our regular office hours. Simply call and leave a voicemail, text us, or email us. You can call or text us at (618) 207-4404 or email us at info@oasisskincareclinic.net.
Late/No Shows
Arriving to your appointment 15 minutes late is considered a “no show,” and a cancellation fee will be applied.
Potential Charges
Failure to show up for your appointment or arriving 15 minutes or more late for your service will result in the greater of $25 or 50% of your scheduled service.
Don’t Worry, We Remind You. At Oasis Skin & Wellness Center Inc., we understand, sometimes things just happen. To help limit the possibility of incurring any fees, we will call you 7 days prior to your appointment and send a text/email message reminder 48 hours prior your treatment time.
Payment Method on File Required
All guests must have a current card on file. All cards are added via a secure electronic process. If we do not receive notice of cancellations/rescheduling, then the following fees will be applied.
