How can the month of March be nearly halfway over? Is it really possible that March Madness is already upon us? Speaking of sports, congratulations to the Murphysboro High School Boys basketball team! I don't follow sports that much but I have to say the Red Devils, in general, from sports to academic awards, have been having one heck of a 2019-2020 year. And... hopefully you saw the article about our little town of Murphysboro in the latest edition of the Country Living Magazine! I feel super fancy and famous 😊.
I feel like a wave of wonderfulness (barring the spread of the corona virus) is coming to our little town this spring, starting with Cold-Blooded Coffee opening soon! In addition, Coliseum Coffee Works is reopening and Martelle's Pizza is expanding... just to name a few feathers blowing in the breeze. But to kick off all of the spring festivities, check out the events list that Molly's Pint is putting on. Oh, and don't forget about the St. Patrick's day parade!
