We specialize in Holistic Age Management, the process of assisting you with managing the key factors of the aging process. We focus on your body’s hydration, nourishment, functionality, mobility, and stress management. Focusing on these key factors, it will ensure you age as gracefully as possible.
Our services include Age Management Facials, including Nano Stamping, MicroCurrent, Microchannelling, MicroPeels, and Hydrodermabrasion We also offer Massage, Body Sculpting, Full body Waxings, and Lash and Brow Enhancements.

Lilly Cook, LE & CEO
Lilly Cook currently serves as Spa Owner, CEO, CFO, COO, Spa Manager, and Lead Licensed Esthetician of Oasis Skin & Wellness Inc. We call her the Hat lady, with all her roles and "hats" she has to wear. She believes her most significant professional achievement is taking a leap of faith to invest in her dream and passion for starting Oasis in 2016.
Her goal is to continue to grow Oasis into the premiere customer service-centric spa in southern IL. She wants to offer other practitioners in her community an opportunity to share their craft and passion with the support of a large spa chain but the love of a family-owned business.
She believes wonderfully treated employees take the best care of their clients, and when clients are well taken care of, the business is always successful. She sees endless opportunities in her life as a Spa Owner, Licensed Esthetician, and eventually Spa Business Coach and Spa Business Continuing Education Sponsor.
Lilly loves Tacos of all kinds, her husband, daughter, and her Dobby-dog Cassius.
Kelci Quillman, LE & LPN
Kelci Quillman is an Ava native. In addition to her Esthetics License, she also has her LPN. Kelci is a natural introvert and observer, which makes her a perfect fit as an Esthetician. She is known as the "Sunscreen Police" when she is out boating in the summer, and believes a good snuggle with a kitten can fix any bad day. She values her downtime with her family and close friends. She loves to see the transformation in clients skin and confidence as their treatments progress.
Kelci is witty and fierce. Not only does she provide an amazing facial service, she eager to learn ALL the things beauty and medi spa-related. Be sure to ask her who is her favorite latest greatest YouTube Sensation!
Dee Bentley, Assistant Spa Manager
Dee Bentley is well traveled and an all around great gal! Dee has served as the Office Manager of Oasis since April of 2021 and has been in the area since 2020. She is most proud of her successes while working on the Airforce Base in Germany. She aspires to complete her degree as an Administrative Assistant.
In her time off you can find Dee walking her dog, chilling with friends, and avoiding her boyfriend's healthy obsession with football.
Rheaven "Ray" Martin, Massage Therapist

Rhea Martin is our Full Time Licensed Massage Therapist. As a graduate of the John A Logan Massage Therapy program, she serves as our Full-Time Massage Therapist, specializing in Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation Massage, Body Exfoliation Treatments, Relaxation Facials, and Hand and Foot Treatments.
She is the loving mother of two boys and loves being a #BoyMom. She enjoys serving others and her community through her craft. Rhea is a Carbondale native and a seasoned massage specialist who enjoys spending her free time at home, avoiding banana smoothies.

Be a Glow Giver: How We Give Back to Our Community
We love our Southern Illinois family! We serve all of Southern Illinois including Murphysboro, Carbondale, Marion, Harrisburg, Sparta, Chester, Anna, Pinkneyville, Carterville, and Herrin. We understand, small businesses play a pivotal role in fostering strong and vibrant communities by actively supporting local charities, assisting in promoting thier message and helping them reach thier financial goals.
As a spa dedicated to promoting wellness and relaxation, we understand the importance of giving back to the community that has embraced us. Our commitment to supporting local charities goes beyond simply sharing a post; it's about building meaningful connections and making a positive impact.
Through our Glow Giver intiative, we allow our clients to donate a minimum of $5 through thier normal spa transaction, then at the end of each month Oasis matches the client donations and delivers a check to the local charity of the month.
