Service Policies​

Thank you for choosing Oasis Skin & Wellness Center for your wellness needs. When making your reservations online, please keep the following service policies in mind. 

1) New Facial Clients are defined as those who have never received a facial or have not received an Oasis Facial in the last 12 months.

2) Currently, Oasis Skin & Wellness Center does not offer waxing services below the waistline to men. 

3) Notes for Body Waxing: To ensure results, the hair must be at least a ¼ of an inch long. If the hair is longer than ½ an inch, a trimming fee MAY be charged. Please do not drink alcohol or ingest/smoke cannabis products prior to your appointment. If pain management is a concern, please take an ibuprofen or apply a numbing cream 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Please AVOID the direct sunlight & tanning beds for 24 hours prior to being waxed. Please DO NOT use any retinoid medications or creams on the area to be waxed for 36 prior to being waxed. The goal is to remove and shape the hair that we can see. There is no guarantee that 100% of the hair will be removed. Our goal is 90% hair removal. And to ensure the skin’s safety and integrity.

4) We reserve the right to make price and service adjustments as needed. Please know any adjustments will be communicated through our monthly newsletters. These adjustments will always be made to maintain the quality and efficacy of our treatments. Therefore, the prices listed on our brochure and website are the most up-to-date.

5) We have a professionalism policy in addition to our cancellation policy. Conversation topics deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated. Your practitioner has the discretion to change the subject or excuse themselves should they feel the professionalism policy is violated at any point.

6) Please know not all of our available appointments will display online. If you do not see an appointment that works for you, please call or text us directly at 618-207-4404. Also, appointments more than 4 months out will not display online if you need to schedule a specific day and time (i.e. for wedding or vacation prep), please call or text.

7) Reservations cannot be cancelled online within 48 hours of the appointment time. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, please text or call. Please know we do have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy.

8) To avoid fees please contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment, even if it is outside of regular office hours. Simply call and leave a voicemail, text us, or email us. You can call or text us at 618-207-4404 or email us at info@oasisskincareclinic.net. 

9) Members take priority. Members get priority booking in that they can schedule up to 4 appointments at a time, and non-members can only do 2 appointments at a time. Members are also contacted 1st when they are on the waitlist for any reason. 

10) If you have received a stand-alone eyebrow, chin, or lip wax service with us previously, please contact the office to make your reservation. As of Oct 2022 we no longer offer these services as new request to new or current clients as a stand alone service. 

11) New Clients will be prompted to provide a credit card and 20% of their service when booking a service. Unfortunately we have experienced NO Shows and this policy ensures our providers are compensated for being available to serve clients even when they are forgotten.

12) Online Bookings Deposit: All Online Bookings will also have a 20% Non-refundable deposit fee at the time of booking, regardless of whether the client is a new or current client. We have found that online booking results in more cancellations, and this policy will ensure we have some financial recourse regarding the high frequency of offering this convenience.
