I started the Beach Body 21 Day Fix on 9/7/2015, as of 9/28/2015, I am officially done with my first full round. I am a very results driven person and because of the results that I got out of this program, I will do it again and recommend it to everyone person on the planet! If you follow the workout and meal plan, you will loose weight, period.
The photo to the right is the change from the end of week 2 to the end of week 3. The more dramatic changes occur in weeks 1 to 2.
Don't get me wrong, by no means is it easy. As I am sure you saw from my first two weeks, I struggled alot and I sure I will struggle some more, but even a bit of resistance to my bad habits went a long way. I will never claim to be perfect because GOD KNOWS I am far from it, however, I will continue to improve myself and this program was just the start I needed.

The Beach Body program : 21 Day Fix & Simple portion eating plan claims that one will lose 10 pounds and 10 inches by the end of the 21 days.
Does it work, HELL YES!!
I lost 9.4 pounds and 7.5 total inches.
What's Next : Round 2 of My 21 Day Fix
So yeah, I am going to do it again. I would like to lose a total of 20lbs bringing me to my ideal weight of 150 lbs. I am increasing my weights from 5 & 10lbs to 10 & 15lbs to help sculpt and tone. I am will also start using the It Works wrapping system to help tighten up loose skin for a more sleek finish.
I didn't have any major food issues. I was disappointed that I didn't break past 160 (might have been that 1 slice of pizza). However, I can say my skin has cleared up a ton, so that is a bonus. Please leave comments.
