My name is Lilly. Many of you have heard me talk about my path to becoming an esthetician, but I haven’t always shared much about who I am beyond my business. That was intentional—for a long time, I believed the brand needed to be bigger than me, and I wanted to respect the many walks of life that passed through the Oasis umbrella.
But now, as I return to my roots as a solo provider, it feels like the right time to be a little more personal. If you’re new to working with me, you might be wondering: Who is this chick? So, let me tell you.
My name, Lilly, is actually my maiden name—Elizabeth Mae Lilly. I’m a music lover to the core. Hip hop, rap, soul, gospel, country, even a few rock albums top my playlists. Musicals? I adore them. My favorite is The Lion King (it’s the costumes for me!).
I’m a constant learner. I’m primarily an audio and kinesthetic learner, which means I listen and move—it helps me remember. I’m a fierce note-taker, a podcast junkie (NPR is a go-to), and I love documentaries, memoirs, historical fiction, and romantic comedies. My favorite movie of all time? How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days—because Andie was unhinged and he so deserved it.
I’m a believer. My faith in God comes from seeing too many miracles in my life to believe otherwise. I also believe we’re here to help one another, and I try to lead with kindness, education, and purpose.
Now for a little honesty: I’m not tidy. I’m structured and organized, but my shirt rarely survives a dinner. Math was always my jam—algebra especially. I love things that are finite, black-and-white, no room for interpretation (unlike grammar, which I hate—shout out to ChatGPT and Alex for proofreading!).
I’m an Aries: honest to a fault, driven, stubborn, and full of integrity. If something doesn’t feel right, I just can’t fake it. I have a terrible potty mouth. I grew up very religious and wasn’t even exposed to curse words, so when I first tried them, I got them hilariously wrong. Eventually, I mastered the art of the well-placed f-bomb. I’ve even taught my daughter how to use language with intention—she chooses not to swear (but hey, knowledge is power). My husband, who wishes I swore less, gets the same answer every time: “First Amendment, baby!”
I’m incredibly proud of my family. My husband was made for me—I genuinely believe he’s one of the sexiest men alive and the perfect yin to my yang. And my daughter? She’s everything I hoped to be at her age: focused, funny, fiercely loyal, and beautifully independent.
I absolutely love what I do. Growing up, I wasn’t allowed to wear makeup, so I made it my mission to have skin so healthy and glowing that people thought I was wearing it anyway. My younger sister lives with Sickle Cell Anemia, so wellness has always been part of our family culture. Skincare became my way of showcasing the beauty of health, healing, and self-care.
Now that I’m back to working solo, I’ve been able to be more strategic with my services and products. Every treatment protocol at Oasis is one I personally test, refine, and customize. I’ve always kept things simple and effective, but now I can incorporate more potent, high-performance products and supplements to take things to the next level—at no additional cost to you.
In the coming weeks, I’ll be introducing:
More powerful exfoliating enzymes
Retinol enhancers and targeted chemical peels
Wellness supplements to boost skin from the inside out
I’ll also be expanding and refining the product lines I carry:
Epionce for gentle, effective epidermal support
Osmosis MD for acute and long-term skin health
Lira Clinical for botanical and hydrating support
Truth Treatment Systems for pharmaceutical-grade results
You’ll also see me phase out much of Skin Script. While it’s a solid brand, many ingredients aren’t as bioavailable, which means they’re harder for the skin to absorb and use.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, not just the business. I’m so grateful for your continued trust and all the client referrals you’ve been sending my way. It truly means the world.
Looking forward to serving you with even more intention and care.
With love and great skin,
Lilly
