The Next Steps: An Update from Lilly
As promised, I will continue to update you every step of the way.
This is Message #4!
(If you missed the first couple, head over to our Facebook page to get caught up—we don’t want you to miss a thing!)
God continues to illuminate the path before me, and I stand in awe of the power of faith, hard work, and commitment. This journey has been remarkable, and I am so clear about the shifts coming to Oasis.
I truly appreciate all of your concern and prayers—I am doing great! Change is never easy, but it is always necessary. I know that I have accomplished what I set out to do, and I am embracing this transition with gratitude and excitement. The hardest part was having the courage to take that leap, but now that I have, everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
Now, let’s get into this update!
✨ The New Relaxation Station – our full-body experience replacing the Hydro Massage table – is scheduled for installation next week!
✨ Building Sale Progress – We have officially completed the inspection and are moving forward with the next steps of the sale! If you’ve been in the office, you’ve probably seen me gradually packing. To ensure a smooth transition, starting in May, I will begin seeing my already scheduled clients at our new location: 702 Chestnut St, Murphysboro, IL. If your appointment is impacted, don’t worry—you’ll receive a reminder!
✨ Soft Opening in May – My May appointments will serve as a soft opening, allowing me to fine-tune our systems, processes, and flow in the new space before the full transition.
✨ Hydro Massage Sessions Ending – As part of this move, Hydro Massage sessions will no longer be available starting in May, as the table will be relocated for sale. If your appointment includes a Hydro Massage session, we’ll be in touch with options to try the new Relaxation Station or cancel that portion of your booking.
✨ Supporting Kelci – We will continue to support and book appointments with Kelci as much as possible through the end of May—or until she lets me know otherwise.
Thank you all for your patience, support, and encouragement throughout this process. I am beyond grateful for this transition and excited for what’s ahead!
Frequently Asked Questions
1) What if I have an appointment scheduled with Kelci and she leaves before it is completed?
Lilly will accommodate as many appointments as possible to ensure your service is fulfilled. If the service doesn’t align with Lilly’s schedule, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be added to a waitlist. You’ll be contacted as soon as something becomes available.
2) What if I already have a service scheduled with Lilly? Do I still have to be a member to keep the appointment?
If you’re already scheduled with Lilly and did not receive a cancellation notification, your appointment is still valid—we look forward to seeing you! You do not have to be a member to keep your appointment. Membership simply provides early booking access for those who were not already on Lilly’s schedule.
3) What if I’m not a member—will Lilly still see me?
Yes! Lilly is accepting both members and non-members. Members pay for the convenience of first right of refusal, meaning they’re offered available time slots before the general public. After that, all other clients are welcome to book. Long-time clients have already been contacted with booking opportunities.
4) When are appointments starting at the new location?
Lilly plans to begin seeing clients at the new location starting in May. If you’re scheduled with Lilly in May or June, you will receive detailed instructions on where to go and where to park. If you’re scheduled with Kelci, you’ll continue to go to the current large location at 707 Walnut.
Sincerely and Gratefully Yours,
Lilly Cook
