At Oasis Skin Care Clinic, we firmly believe that every woman, regardless of circumstance, deserves to feel both Powerful & Pampered.
Lilly Cook started the Powerful & Pampered Drive to help bring awareness to the needs of women's shelters in the United States. Domestic violence and homelessness effect thousands of women each year. Without women's shelters, the affected women and children would be without a safe shelter equipped with the tools and proper training to help them rebuild their lives. I wanted to be apart of the solution. |
The Powerful & Pampered movement collects monetary donations and hygiene (skincare & cosmetics) products that are commonly scarce in shelters. Cosmetics do more than help hide imperfections, they are part of building a woman's confidence in herself and in her appearance. We all know, when we feel we look our best, we tend to do our best. Although, true confidence comes from within it helps to feel well put together when facing a court date, job interview or even just to getting out of bed. I think we can all agree, feeling powerful can start with a bit of pampering.

Each month Funds & Donated items are packaged and dropped directly to the Women's Center in Carbondale, IL. With your help, we are able to donate a care package each month. |

All shelters have specific needs to serve their particular communities, however, there a few items that are universally scarce. 1. Hygiene products

3. Cosmetic Products (range of ethnicities) & Fragrances
4. Sanitary napkins & other feminine products 5. Items for Young Boys & Babies |
