My journey into skincare didn’t start in a treatment room—it started in an office, behind a desk. I studied Accounting because it was practical and stable, and I became really good at it. I’m naturally organized and detail-oriented, which made it a perfect fit—on paper. But deep down, I always knew it wasn’t my true calling.

In March 2014, everything changed. Like many women, I had spent years pouring into everyone around me—my family, my career, my community—while neglecting my own mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I hit a breaking point. I felt unfulfilled, overwhelmed, and resentful. That wake-up call became the turning point of my life.

Through some serious soul searching, I discovered the power of self-care. I created what I now call my Lady Day—a weekly ritual where I take time to do something just for me. Whether it’s a facial, a solo shopping trip, or simply a quiet moment with a movie, it’s my way of reconnecting with myself. And it changed everything.

Once I began healing and pouring into myself, I felt called to help other women do the same. I combined my love of people with my passion for wellness and aesthetics, went back to school, and became a licensed esthetician. It was the missing puzzle piece I didn’t know I needed.

Now, as the founder of Oasis Skin & Wellness Center, I blend beauty, wellness, and business in a space where women can relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with themselves. Oasis is more than a spa—it’s a mission. A mission to remind women that caring for your skin is more than a luxury; it’s a radical act of self-love.

I married my high school sweetheart, David Cook (owner of Allied Automotive Brokers), when I was 19, and together we’re raising our smart, spirited daughter, Abigail. My family inspires me every day to be bold in my purpose and soft in my presence.
